First, the characteristics of evaporative condensing chiller
1.Small footprint
Easy installation and short construction cycle: no cooling tower is needed, and the installation position is more free. Can be installed in underground air-conditioning wells, requiring less space. Simple installation pipeline, no other water system accessories, less installation materials, shorten construction cycle.
2.Energy saving
The unique structural design of evaporation reduces the condensation temperature and pressure of the refrigeration system, increases the refrigeration capacity of the compressor, and reduces the power consumption. The demand for air volume is relatively small, which is only 1/3 of that required for traditional air-cooled screw units.
3.Save maintenance costs
The evaporative cooling system has a low condensation temperature, and the exhaust pressure and exhaust temperature and the temperature of the lubricating oil have decreased accordingly. The operating conditions of the compressor have been improved. The machine works in a good environment, the life is increased, and the compressor has no trouble. The operating cycle increases system reliability and reduces maintenance costs.
Treatment method for scale of evaporative condensing chiller
1.Physical cleaning method
The physical cleaning mainly uses a soft shaft brush to clean. The soft shaft is driven by the motor of the washing machine. There is a nylon brush in the front of the soft shaft. When in use, extend the soft shaft and the brush into the condenser copper tube. Rotate the brush at high speed to remove the dirt in the copper tube, and then rinse it with water. This machine is called a cannon.
2. Chemical cleaning method
(1) A circulation pump and pipeline can be connected between the cleaning liquid storage tank and the condenser to form a closed circuit, so that the cleaning liquid is continuously circulated for 12-24 hours to dissolve and fall off the sediment.
(2) The cleaning liquid can be added to the cooling water system at a certain ratio, and the cooling pump cycle is started for 12-24 hours. The sediment layer is continuously dissolved and detached by the chemical action and scouring action of the cleaning liquid. However, this method requires a lot of cleaning chemicals, which is costly.
(3) Mix the cleaning solution according to a certain ratio, add it to the condenser and let it stand for 5-10 hours to soften and dissolve the sediment, drain the cleaning solution, and flush with water.
