1. According to the package type, there are two types: open type and sealed chiller.
 
(1) Open style

2. According to the condensation method: There are two types of water-cooled chiller and air-cooled chiller.
 
(1) Water-cooled
 
The chiller is connected with cooling water to take away the heat of the refrigerant in the condenser.
 
(2) Air-cooled
 
The chiller is equipped with a cooling fan to take away the heat of the refrigerant in the condenser.

The use of piston refrigeration compressors has the advantages of multi-cylinder, high speed, adjustable energy, high thermal efficiency, suitable for a variety of refrigerants, etc., but the structure is more complex, more wearing parts, short maintenance cycle, pulse vibration and poor running stability And other disadvantages.
 
(2) Screw type
 
The screw-type refrigeration compression using the original imported brand has the advantages of simple structure, few wearing parts, small volume, light weight, large single machine compression ratio, high refrigeration capacity, maintenance cycle plant, stable operation and long service life.
 
(3) Centrifugal
 
Using a centrifugal compressor, using electricity as a power source, Freon refrigerant evaporates and absorbs the heat of the refrigerant water in the evaporator for refrigeration. The impeller has a high rotation speed, a large gas transmission capacity, and a large single unit refrigeration capacity.
 
5. According to the temperature, it can be divided into ordinary chiller (5-35 degrees), low-temperature chiller (-20--35 degrees) and low-temperature chiller (-60 degrees).
 
Different industries have different requirements for the use of chiller. There are many types of chiller to meet the purchasing needs of various industries.
 
Second, the daily maintenance of chiller
1. It is recommended to use distilled or purified water. The tap water has a high content of calcium and magnesium, and the water quality is hard, and it is easy to produce sediment.
 
2. Pay attention to the environment ventilation and unshielded air inlet and outlet of the chiller to ensure smooth heat dissipation of the machine.
 
3. Ensure that the power supply frequency is adapted and the power supply is normal, including the stability of voltage and current.
 
4. Regularly check and replace the cooling water to ensure that the chiller operates under water.
 
5. Regularly perform oil maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of structures such as mechanical wheels and axles.
 
6. Regularly remove and clean the cold water dust filter and condenser to ensure the heat dissipation effect.
