Product Introduction:
LOUDA anti-explosion water chiller is a particular kind of water chiller, which is mainly applied in specially flammable and explosive places. The power of
equipment varies from 0.5KW to 500KW. It can be customized according to customers' demand. Component elements of water chillers are all made according to
national explosion-proof criteria. Anti-explosion and anti-corrosion master controllers are made according to GB3836.1-2000 Electrical apparatus for explosive gas atmosphereGeneral requirements. IEC anti-hazard classification is designed according to the environmental explosion-proof criteria with national requirements,which can satisfy the special demands of different customers.
Performance Characteristics :
LOUDA anti-explosion machine uses high-quality imported totally-enclosed vortex or semiclosed twin-screw compressor. lts components in operation only
take only 1/10 of reciprocating compressor and the vibration is 1/5 of reciprocating compressor, without basic fixing. The failure rate is only 1/10 of reciprocating compressor. Adding with control components with world-class brand, it makes sure that machine can operate safely and stably for a long time.
LOUDA anti-explosion machine provides perfect protection for freezing medium system, electrical system and water system and completely guarantees the
machine to operate safely and normally. The machine can solve the problems such as overheating of compressor motor, overcurrent, abnormal phase sequence,
excessively low oil level, low tension and high intention. The machine adopts advanced PLC control technology and achieves full-automatic operation without
manual intervention.
LOUDA anti-explosion machine can provide various machine types with refrigerating output from 10 to 460RT by collocating with various compressors. It can
also customize according to the requirements.

1.Safe working range of the unit: chilled water inlet temperature -10 ℃ ~ + 20 ℃;
2. The minimum effluent temperature of the unit is -10 ℃; when the effluent temperature is ≤5 ℃, an appropriate amount of antifreeze should be added;
3. When the water is discharged at -5 ℃, the cooling capacity is reduced by 38%; when the water is discharged at -10 ℃, the cooling capacity is reduced by 50%;
4. When using R407C refrigerant, the unit cooling capacity is reduced by about 5%, and the power consumption is reduced by about 5%; when using R134a refrigerant, the unit cooling capacity is reduced by about 34%, and the power consumption is reduced by about 36%;
