A chiller is a refrigeration unit that produces chilled water, suitable for central air-conditioning systems and industrial processes requiring chilled water. It is widely used in the central HVAC systems of large and medium-sized buildings such as hotels, office towers, hospitals, and shopping malls, as well as in industrial settings—including metallurgy, petrochemicals, machinery, pharmaceuticals, and electronics—that demand chilled water for process applications.
Our company’s LDSF(R) series air-cooled (and heat‑pump) chillers can deliver ethylene glycol–water solutions at −5 to 5°C (at 10% concentration) and chilled water at 5°C to 15°C. They serve as primary units for ice‑storage cooling, low‑temperature underfloor air distribution systems, and other applications requiring chilled water above −5°C, while also providing hot water at 30°C to 52°C for heating purposes.
Heat‑recovery models, built on the standard platform, incorporate our patented heat‑recovery technology to efficiently capture sensible heat from compressor discharge. This enables the equipment not only to meet the aforementioned cooling demands but also to supply additional high‑grade hot water for domestic use or space heating.
